How to report a bug or problem:
If a tool is not working, please tell us:
- Which tool you used (example: "Image to PDF")
- What happened (example: "The convert button did nothing")
- Which browser you use (example: "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone")
More details help us fix the problem faster.
How to suggest a new tool:
If you need a tool that we do not have yet, just tell us. Email us with the subject "Tool Suggestion: [tool name]". We will reply if it is possible to build.
Important privacy note:
Many people ask – "Do you see my files?" The answer is NO. All our tools work in your browser. Your files never go to our server. We cannot see them. When you email us about a bug, please do not send your personal files as attachments. Just describe the problem.
Do we have phone support?
No, sorry. We only offer email support. This helps us keep the website free for everyone.
